Poor room comfort, breakfast, bathroom.

The hotel is reasonably clean and stylish, offers practical location in one fantastic Island. Rooms are nice little and reasonably large with a great balcony, air con and the shower, food is excellent. The employees are extremely helpful and very amiable.

The location in a very residential area was quiet and practical. the nearby presence of small supermarkets was convenient. - Seafood restaurant Caffetteria della nonna located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We were in September 2011. There were not many guests in the hotel. Welcomed staff, nice patio, air-conditioning rooms, free Wi-Fi, close to airport and to the different beaches (if you rent a car). Continental breakfast is good enough. Value for money, useful for stay one night before return flight.

This place is on the smaller side, but it's lovely! the staff here is so on top of things, always making sure you're well taken care of. the service is top-notch, and let me tell you, the pool is absolutely delightful. 🌟

At booking com they wrote just 1,5 km to the ocean, it wasn`t like that there was more 3.5km. Also we had read we could use bikes for free , we had to pay. The football field, we could rent for an hour of the prize 50 euro. So maybe the hotel prize was cheap, but the expense og what it would cost with all the other expenses. It would be an expensivt stay And there was nothing at all to do on the hotel

It offered excellent service and brilliant food too.

Convenient amenities in the rooms like a shower, hairdryer, and bidet. - Tranquil location near Olbia airport. - Close proximity to a beach, supermarket, and good restaurants. - Short distance from Domus de Mare Restaurant, enjoyed dining there multiple times.

my recent stay in murta maria was great, but my stay at daniel exceeded all expectations! from the friendly staff to the spacious and comfortable room, everything was perfect. the hotel's swimming pool was a pleasant surprise, and the ample free car parking made our golf trip much easier.

noisy night till 5 am

During our 9-night stay in Sardinia, we had a great time at this hotel in Murta Maria. The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short drive from Olbia town and the airport. The friendly owner and his son made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of our room, particularly the well-equipped bathroom. The daily room maintenance was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered fresh croissants, yogurts, bakery items, cheese, tomatoes. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely pool at the hotel, which we hadn't seen on their website.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we only have minor suggestions for improvement. The bikes available for rent could use some maintenance, as only one out of the five was working properly.

The hotel was in a quiet and residential area, quite close to the airport, and a short drive from some tasty restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with tasty options and a friendly chef. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel had good facilities and transportation options to a private beach.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in the outskirts of Olbia, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite not being a luxury hotel, it provided great value for the price. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering ample space and a clean bathroom. The attention to detail was evident in the attentive and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Additionally, the hotel's location in a charming neighborhood, with its own selection of excellent restaurants, added to the overall pleasant stay.

Wifi service was unreliable and the noise level was high, with slamming doors and loud guests. The room was small, basic, and not well-insulated, causing disturbance from the street noise.
